Summer is coming up very soon. Have you thought about having service done on your air conditioning equipment? Every year prices go up, but the last two years parts and equipment have gone up as much as 30%. So you want to take care of your ac system that includes keeping your filter clean. This year not only has air conditioning parts and equipment gone up, but so has fuel costs so expect higher costs for everything. In the HVAC field good workers are getting hard to find, so you need to watch when a tech comes out to your home to make sure they know what they are doing. If the tech needs to call his boss to find out what’s wrong with your air conditioner you may be in trouble.
